RAK Day
On Friday, November 12, Yonge Lawrence Village will be celebrating Random Act of Kindness Day. We, at ardith one, encourage all our customers to participate in the day by taking a moment to do a small favour, an act of charity or kindness for a family member, friend or complete stranger. If you pick up one of our cards at participating banks in our area or the store, you can hand them the card and ask them to "pay it forward". Go to www.yongelawrencevillage-bia.com for more information or call me at 416-487-7766.Friday, September 24, 2010

Inukshuks by Bill
Bill has decided to make Inukshuks. He was inspired by them at the Winter Olympics and what they stand for...friendship and mutual dependence. The traditional meaning of "you are on the right path" is very important to him and he hopes these are given in that spirit. The stones for his Inukshuks were gathered on the shores of Lake Huron, Ontario.
