Can't post pictures!

I'm a little ticked right now...can't post pictures from my computer. There's is definately a problem and I can't seem to contact Google and fix this. I'm only seeing the left hand side of  "Select a file"...can't browse and choose from my files. If anyone knows what I can do please email me at bev@ardithone.com . If this continues I won't be able to use this as my Newsletter.
